Welcome back! I can't believe we're on part 4 of the slow restoration of this Concert Roller Organ. On this weeks episode, I'll be digging in to the most involved repairs yet. I'll be fabricating new push rods to connect the crank shaft to the bellows from raw firewood! I'll also be replacing the awful valve pads with with new felt and leather pads. This project has thrown a lot of curve balls and keeps revealing more damage that MUST be addressed. I acquired so much footage during this 2 day session that I'm already working on editing part 5.
