In the previous episode, we spent time establishing Marquette Island and laying the bones for the community; however, it didn't turn out exactly as the citizens had hoped and things have to change! in this episode, we'll eliminate the cargo airport and introduce the cargo barges mod. Then, we'll add a passenger rail station and shuttle bus to Evergreen to more efficiently get new citizens to Marquette. After that, we'll focus on using the Seaside Resorts DLC to create a historic vibe on the island, combining it with RICO to completely transform the look of the city. Finally, we'll add a rather unconventional transit service to the island. This is a HUGE build.
