In between Christmas and New Year, we felt like we needed to get out and do some walking. The Peak District in Derbyshire is perfect for walking. Newfold Farm, Edale, is perfectly located for a good Pub and for access to the Pennine Way. There are numerous walks from this location and we are looking to stay at that site again. The pitches are either Motorhome or Off Grid Camping, which is exactly what the Eriba has been designed for. If you fancy a Sunday Dinner, the “Nags Head Special” at £14.50 per head is recommended. There is no mobile phone service on or near this site and the WiFi is intermittent, so expect total isolation from the digital world. Wifi is available near to the bar in the Nags Head or next to the reception on the Newfold Farm Site.
