He is living in the hostel since the age of 6 and he got introduced to the stock market through youtube videos. As he was of no legal age he persuaded his father to open a Demat account in his own name. To the surprise of many, he did his first trade with pocket money on pure speculation in Yes bank shares at the age of a mere 14. After losing whole capital in consecutive trades he learnt that only technical or fundamental was not enough to achieve success in trading. Trading Discipline was more necessary than technicals and fundamentals. After losing many times he was desperate and even cried after suffering losses but Bhagwat Gita helped him to cope with losses and start afresh. He started trading in the intraday segment but is now an option writer in the currency as well as in stocks. As like in many other cases he learnt from his mistakes which helped him to polish his trading strategies, risk and capital management. As per him, he avoids trading in nifty and bank nifty due to timing issues. When host Aseem Juneja asked Bibekananda why he switched to crypto trading, he said there were 2 reasons for that. One was that he was trading with small capital and second it was easy to manage risk in crypto. As per him, crypto is the future and not a scam as many consider it. When asked about whether technical indicators work in crypto or not he replied that yes they do work in every financial market whether it is crypto or stocks but their accuracy varies.
