Is the image “afraid to be tested”? GOD: Is it instructive, uplifting, and comforting? Does it accept testing? Does it encourage me to continue in my walk with God? (3). Check its fruit (test the fruit; see Matt. 7:16). You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Here we are testing the fruit of it what type of fruit does the dream or vision produce SELF: Is this producing humility or pride? Is this exalting my flesh or crucifying it? SATAN: Am I fearful, compulsive, in bondage, anxious, confused, or possessing an inflated ego as a result of the encounter?
