The deceased labourer, identified as Sabir Malik, was allegedly killed by a mob over suspicion of consuming beef. Police have arrested 7 people, including two minors, in the matter and further investigation is underway. Meanwhile, Malik’s neighbours claimed that they do not consume beef and also narrated how the incident unfolded.
