The intersection of creativity and chaos | Gary Foster | TEDxMarthasVineyard

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. As a producer of film and television, my talk centers around the intersection of the creative process and the needs of certain artists to create conditions to be their most successful. I talk about two experiences that shaped by understanding about how creative minds work and my job as a producer to protect the process, while at the same time protecting the entire endeavor.
