By background, he is a Naval Architecture and completed his undergraduate study at the Amirkabir University of Technology. He is currently working on wave motion in both fluids and solids. His main research interests are the naval architecture of high-speed ships/boats, fluid-solid interaction in the ocean/maritime industry, and wave turbulence.
