From the temple we traveled to Vasthu Vidya Gurukulam where we enjoyed the Mural paintings. Sujith took me to a boat house where he explained the importance of boat race, boat sadya, and the difference between Alappuzha boats and Aranmula boats. Further we took a dip in the cold waters of Pamba River and also sailed over the running waters of the river by a country boat. However, the major part of this video is about the food that we enjoyed in Aranmula at the homestay. They prepared mashed jack fruit and fish curry for us. Also, plain hoppers and fish molly. Bulls eye appam, grilled chicken and a few traditional Kerala sweets. Well, we were the ones who grilled the chicken pieces by the banks of river Pamba, though it was marinated by the chef - Joseph. In this video we are not doing a rating as it was a free stay and food for us there.
