In this video I show you the full process of rebuilding the engine, months of work in just a few minutes. The cylinders were bored out 20 thou oversize, new pistons and rings were fitted, new big end and main bearings, new exhaust valve guides, new camshaft, followers and timing chain, along with a full set of gaskets and seals, new water pump, rebuilt alternator, new thermostat, clutch and many more parts besides.
