Photographing the Perseid Meteor Shower

On August 12th, 2018 the annual Perseid Meteor Shower peaked in our night sky. For the event I headed north to the Bruce Peninsula here in Ontario Canada to capture the show in some of the darkest skies was have. An outstanding show of 200+ meteors. I captured the event in both stills and video. This video documents my adventure north to soak it all in. https://mattquinnphotography.com / matt_quinn Camera Details: I used an Intervalometer with an interval of 14 seconds. Put your camera on 'burst' mode to ensure you don't miss a frame. Each photo of the meteor timelapse was 13s f/1.4 24mm ISO 3200.
