Where the streets have no name (U2) playthrough

An experiment with my new Boss DD-7 :- trying to recreate Edge's tone from this live version recorded at Slane Castle. The pedal's tap function means I can get the 'dotted eighth delay' in time with Larry's tempo more accurately than with other delays I have tried. The rest of the tone was achieved using my USA Fender Strat pro 2 set on the 'quack' position, running into the DD7. Then into IRig where I pushed the treble on the EQ enhancing the brightness of the Strat even further. I also set the sustain to 100%, added a lot of compressing, and a subtle bit of bit over-drive to boost the signal and mimic that live sound.
