My First Ever Solo Trip

Join me as I venture back to one the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. Not only for it’s beauty, but it’s significance in my own life is the reason why I returned to the Tatra mountains of Poland. In this video I retrace my steps from my first ever solo trip, when I bought a one-way flight to Budapest, then aimlessly wandered over to Kraków and then to Zakopane. From Zakopane, in June 2019, I found myself heading into the mountains on a beautiful summer day. This was my first ever hike, and first introduction to the world of travel. Life since then has been a rollercoaster, and a conflicting experience. I decided I wanted to travel back in time to Zakopane, to reflect on my life since the first time I was brave enough to explore the world on my own.
