Khruangbin - Hold Me Up (Thank You) [Forest Hills Stadium, NYC 9/21/24]

Khruangbin played two nights at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens. This particular show was sold out however I liked that the overall crowd for the show was much more reserved and chill. Getting to the line about three hours before doors landed me in the number 5 spot on line, however it all falls apart when they open multiple lanes and let everyone run into the venue at the same time anyways. Luckily my friend Arne was able to get through faster without the need for a bag check and got us a good spot on the rail. I've casually listened to Khruangbin over the years, mainly the first album,, but figured I'd be good despite not knowing the songs like the back of my hand. Overall it was a great time even with the smoke obscuring the visuals quite a bit. Staff told me to chill with the recording late in the set and I decided to sit it out a few songs and just enjoy and dance to the music. Audio has a bit of static, I'm going to have to tweak some settings.
