In a pre-COVID world, this morning of December the 24th would have marked another completion of Misa de Gallo at our home parish. Before we usher in our Lord’s birth tonight, we want to share a song that is a staple to our nine-day novena. During this time, we also partnered with friends from GINTO Baguio (Guild of Integrated Talents of Baguio) in the Philippines to help victims of the recent typhoon that hit the country. Many were devastated and left without a home and a livelihood after typhoon Rolly made landfall in the Philippines. We have collected a good financial amount helping GINTO with their efforts in helping with food, medicine, clothing, gifts for children, and art workshops, but they still need more to cover other areas such as transporting goods and keeping our volunteers safe and healthy.
