Cleaning For a Friend Stuck in a Cycle of Shame and Depression

This is another collaboration with Mira. My son, Jonas, and I are helping Mira in her front room, getting it back to clean and tidy again. Mira started her decluttering journey in her front room about a year ago and, though she has made so much progress, she has backslid in some areas due to depression, health issues, and lack of a maintenance plan, but each backslide is an opportunity for learning and growth and Mira is very open about sharing her feelings surrounding tackling her clutter. She has become a great friend and I want to help her get her house under control. I know it will never be perfect, but she is strengthening her decluttering muscles and doing a little better with each pass and getting rid of more and more. This video also includes a different perspective on Mira's spare room.
