On the historic docklands of East London, construction is well underway for the biggest Chinese real-estate development in the UK. I'm standing here, overlooking the magnificent new development of the Royal Albert Dock. 1.7 billion pounds, 35 acres, this magnificent site is going to provide the gateway to the UK and Europe for Chinese businesses for many years to come.
