We talk about Rivaroxaban, Apixaban, Edoxaban & Betrixaban. We discuss how these drugs help block the clotting factors 10 which leads to less fibrin being formed. This causes the lowering of blood clots. Also, we talk about the pathophysiology of the clotting cascade, heart attack and stroke and how anti-coagulation therapy is beneficial. We discuss the mechanism of action of these DOAC's and their side effects. Brand name of these medications include: Xarelto, Eliquis, Savaysa & Bevyxxa ======================================================= Thanks for watching and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE, hit the LIKE button👍 and click the BELL button🔔 for future notifications! ======================================================= Like what we do?
