Windsurfing Terschelling: Some speedruns just outside Slenk Fairway.

With SouthWest wind and Falling Tide we sailed to the Slenk Fairway where we have good circumstances for some speedruns. Just outside the fairway there is shallow water and drying grounds ===} so almost no waves. Only thing is: sometimes you hit ground with full speed. Regularly I stop in an expected shallow part to check water depth and clearance under my fin. Tidal difference is around 1.5 to 2.0 mtrs, (sinusoids) so halfway, the tide drops half a meter in 1 hour , something to take into account ! Seabottom isn't flat and regular. It's the thrill : flying over the water and sea bottom visible but no idea 5 or 50cm clearance under the fin. . . .
