Bow Raise (3 sets of 12 reps) Hold bow with relaxed shoulders, raise bow to shooting position to over the head, and lower. 2. Bow Draw & Hold (3 sets of 60-second hold) Draw bow to anchor point, hold, and relax. 3. Anchor & Move (3 sets of 12 reps) Draw to anchor, move bow up/down/left/right, and return to anchor. 4. Pre Draw & Full Draw (3 sets of 12 reps) Draw to pre-draw position, then full draw to anchor. 5. Half Draw (3 sets of 12 reps) Draw to halfway point, hold, and relax. 6. Reverse Draw (3 sets of 12 reps) Draw to anchor, slowly release to halfway, then fully release. Training Tips: Start with lower reps and sets, increase as strength builds.
