Start to finish, we show you the process of making a surfboard the traditional and best way, completely by hand using PU foam blanks and resin. After being hand shaped by our surf coach and board designer, the boards make their way through Cornwall's best surfboard workshop: Colab Surf Studios. This hub of highly experienced board builders then put over a 100 years of collective surfboard making knowledge into each board.
