This is a short funny but very true video on what to expect in a power wheelchair user's home. ✨Am I right?! We’ve been asked a lot to give advice on how to get a power wheelchair. Before you get one I always say, it’s a lifestyle change. We moved to a ranch. 🛑 You need ramps and more ramps. There is no lifting a power wheelchair. Even this child size one, it’s over 200 hundred pounds. ✨Second, you will need an accessible vehicle or else you go nowhere. This is a must. And I could on and on about the prices! ✨Dallas started driving this since she was 3. I’m not sure how it is when adults drive, but yes, our toes just got used to it and our walls “forgetta bout it!”(in the best Italian accent I could). It’s like a mini bulldozer 😆 I look at all this with a huge smile on my face because it means that my daughter gets to move around on her own and explore her 🌎 We are grateful for that!
