EGG BREAD RECIPE l Korean Street Food Egg Bread Recipe Do you have Egg? Do This Wonderful Delicious Recipe Without Oven Ingredients 1 cup All-Purpose Flour 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk 1/4 cup Oil 1 Tsp Vanilla 1 Egg Grated Cheese 2 egg, for topping Procedure 1. In a bowl sift in all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Mix. Add in sugar. Mix well. Then make a well at the center. Add evaporated milk, oil, egg and vanilla. Mix the wet ingredients. Then mix in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until smooth. 2. Grease bottom and sides of mould with oil. Put parchment paper at the bottom. Pour batter about half of the mould. Grate cheese on top of batter. Then top with 1 egg. 3. Cover and preheat pan for 10 minutes over medium heat. Then put baking tray and the mould on top of wire rack. Cover and cook for 45 minutes over medium or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve warm. This recipe is perfect for breakfast and you can also bring it to work. Enjoy!
