The Inlander was once the most modern trains in the state, it was the first air-conditioned train in Queensland when it entered service in 1953. However due to ageing carriages, same as the Westlander, today the train only has economy class available for passengers. Nonetheless the Inlander still provides a crucial railway link which connects many regional towns together. How was my 21hr journey onboard?
