But I can now sleep soundly knowing I hit up one of the best retro video game OST's of all time! If I had to choose a song from the OST that's my favorite, it would probably be this one. It's so catchy and the chorus is so memorable to me. For this arrangement, I started with the concept of writing a metal riff around the main motif of the song which originally was just a baseline and a melody as two different instruments. I also changed some chords around in the chorus and of course, added in some shred where I could all around the track. I hope you guys enjoy this cover as much as I enjoyed making it!
