Goal Zero Won’t CHARGE: Can I Fix It? (Yeti 400 Lithium)

My Goal Zero solar generator is broken. The lights keep flashing, and it won’t charge. I have an older Goal Zero Yeti 400 lithium solar generator that I bought several years ago. When we camped in the minivan I needed it to run the refrigerator. But with the Lance 650 truck camper, we don’t usually need the Yeti 400. However, if we are bringing a laptop computer we take it along to charge the laptop, because the AC outlets on the camper don’t run if we aren’t plugged into power. I wanted to try to fix it, and I thought I would share the process with you. Update 12/2022: My Yeti 400 started sort of working again. It will change up to about 75%, but it also can lose about 15% of the charge overnight with nothing plugged in and nothing on. I didn’t fix it; it just magically started working again on its own. After I had made the video it sat for about 2 months, then I got a comment from a viewer suggesting I try a three button reset. When I plugged the unit in to try that it just started charging, even before I tried the reset.
