Today, I picked a hike in Franconia Notch State Park that I thought would be both beautiful in the winter and fun for the dog! I visited Lonesome Lake, the hut, did a mile on the Appalachian Trail, had my 1,000,000th sketchy water crossing of 2023 and ended with seeing the Basin and taking the Franconia Bike Path back to the car.
