Best outing so far this year! - Big turn out from the T7s group - Off Road - It's a wet & muddy one!

This was the biggest day out for our group yet! Despite more than 24 hours of rain, 13 Adventure bikes in total braved the elements and turned up at the meeting point to follow 'Stage 1' of the new set of trails that I have been putting together for the group. I can't take all the credit for the route, it was originally put together by Merv and I just tweaked it by adding in a couple of other sections to create a route that leads us up to a regular coffee stop and meeting point in Laragh, county Wicklow. I can't begin to describe how it felt to have 12 other bikes roaring up behind me, the noise & sound was just surreal. My face was sore by the end of the day from all the smiling and grinning and I had a pain in my stomach from laughing so much. I was also green with envy from the lads on the CRF Rally's making the stuff Tenere owners struggle with look easy! It certainly goes down as a day to remember in my book and my best outing on my World Raid since I started back riding in May of this year. I've cut out most of the road sections in this video to focus more on the sections where we are on the trails getting mucky.
