Well → Minecraft is A Game We All Know and Love And a big reason why (pause) is Simplicity Over the years through all the Wonderful updates Better features Get Added Buuut , it starts to feel like clutter There are lot of reasons people may like older versions such as nostalgia but I think theres more… There is a compromise however between new and old versions The sweetspot you could say Before More buff armor Before different world generation Before ALOT of changed textures and ALL the massive changes that have been made Back In the best version of minecraft with enough features not to feel ancient But not TOO many to where it’s cluttered Back In Minecraft 1.15 (Cinematic thing with mice on Venus or whatever Playing for a short period of time) Also remember to add timestamps While this may be just my opinion I would also like to bring more Thought process into this. I started playing Minecraft a LONG time ago when I was 4 I think at my cousin's house and I really enjoyed it After playing for a few years I got to play all editions such as pocket, 3ds, switch,xbox360,Xbox one, bedrock and finally JAVA I started playing with one friend around when the pandemic started and I loved it It was an old laptop and the game didn't run great but is was far better than anything before , the controls the atmosphere, everything! And this started in 1.14 Played for a bit longer and then we had a few awesome realms but then when the nether update came it just felt … Different INSERT PIGSTEP And honestly it kinda felt like there was Too much The game didn't feel the same Sure there were cool features but I missed the way it used to be when everything was just Simple But there are a few things that are nice to have like swimming, fish in the water and basically a compromise between newer and older versions and this is why I love Minecraft 1.15 If you need a compromise this is it Show the video cracking apart or something This Is actually WRONG While there are good and bad to both sides there is something better Alot has changed since this part from 4 months ago So if you think about minecraft these days all you see is CLUTTER DONT GET ME STARTED But there have been a lot of good things added right? Well these days with netherite being over powered And new strategies being overwhelming We look more towards the goal And not the journey And I think that's the problem See, I've owned an SMP for a while and it kinda felt like it was growing further apart with the new updates and we tried to make it more interactive but I think we may have tried the wrong way Sure megabases are cool and all but I don't remember those in the good old days I remember the simple stuff, the memories not the progress Recently on a whim I decided to make a Minecraft world with two friends and we play in a kind of similar way where we stick together, we have fun but don't try too hard and we just do what we can Maybe we don't have the best houses but there nice, and cozy I recon See I think the biggest thing about Minecraft these days and life is not focusing on the little things because those are what really matter the most Because the real best version of Minecraft Has been right in front of us all along The memories, the fun, And the friends we made along the way
