The Buffed Onryo Is Insanely Strong!

Onryo has finally gotten a massive buff to the point where she is one of the strongest Killers in the game, the way survivors get condemned stacks changed drastically, every survivor now get 3/4th of a stack on every teleport from sadako does no matter if they are close or not unless they are holding a tape which prevent condemn from building up via teleports, but if they get hit while holding a tape they get 2 extra stacks. This means condemn is way more threatening now and it is possible to mori survivors consistently without using any addons and at worst they have to waste a lot of time getting rid of their tapes.
