Marcy's Truth || Amphibia Soundtrack Orchestral Recreation

Amphibia's Season 2 finale 'True Colors' still lives rent free in my head, so here is an orchestral recreation of one of the best and emotional scenes of the show where Marcy confesses her truth to Anne and Sasha. For this track I wanted to recreate the music playing during that scene, and also add something to represent the intensity of this episode. I decided to go with a pounding synth bass that was also present in the episode itself and add some ambient drones on top for that. I actually tried out a new choir sample library out here, which allows you to write in your own text for the choir to say. I chose to use the phrase "Omnes una manet nox" which means "One night is awaiting us all" according to some random website. I thought that represented the vibe leading up to True Colors and the events in the episode pretty well.
