Saturday the 27th July, running the Clumber Park parkrun 237th parkrun and 157th at Clumber A warm morning in at Clumber, legs still feeling tired from the relays on Wednesday evening so after a good opening mile, the quads were starting to complain and was took everything to hold on after the first hill and to try and maintain pace, did drift away from the some around me for a time, but was able to dig in for the sprint to the end.
