Magical Mapungubwe National Park, the second part of our South African camping experiment

We continue our journey of discovery. Our third and fourth nights in a rooftop tent taught us how to cope with heat and no air .... open the windows and let the bugs in! It's better to be bitten (we were on Malaria medication) than struggle to sleep. We only had one full day in this magical park, and it really was not enough. We will definitely be back to visit Mazhou camp and Mapungubwe even though it is such a long drive away. The confluence must be wonderful at sunrise or sunset, as it was, we ended up visiting in the heat of the day.
