Hello Friends, Today i come with Traditional Gujarati recipe. In Kathiyawad we have mini vacation for 10-15 days at this time we called "Satam-atham". On this days fun-fair and people can enjoy all days. On 6th day of enjoyment we cook for whole day because on Shitla-satam day we can't doing cooking. It is no cooking day we can't switch on flame. We eat food that we made on previous day. It is tradition in our gujarat. Next day of Shitla-satam we celebrate Janmashtami it means birth of Lord Krishna. On Shitla-satam we serve prasad to Shitla mata. I can make this ladoo in this video. of course it is no cooking day so don't need of stove. It is quick and easy recipe of ladoo. It is healthy too because it is made from millet(bajra) flour. Some people can make this ladoo from rice flour but in kathiyawad we only make from millet(bajra) flour to make it.
