In this video we show you the best Mid & High Rise Condos in Richmond Va! If you are used to condo living and are looking for more of the same here in Richmond this is the video for you. Within the city of Richmond itself there are many different condo buildings and lots of mansions converted into condo buildings, as well as many newer condo developments but this video is dedicated to the larger condo buildings in Richmond Va that are elevated and offer great views and amenities. We start this video by showing you Vistas On The James which is a true High Rise Condo building located in downtown Richmond. This location is incredible because you can walk or bike to so many nearby attractions, and if you have to commute to work you have very easy highway access. We also take you inside a condo that was for sale in Vistas On The James which offered incredible views of both the river and the city. We tell you what to expect with HOA fees, and sizes/prices of other units, plus what amenities the building offers. Next we venture to The Village of Rocketts Landing, or just Rocketts Landing for short. Rocketts Landing is located just east of downtown and is technically in Henrico County which is both a pro and a con. The pro is that you pay Henrico County property taxes which are much lower than the taxes you pay in the City of Richmond. The con is that the area isn't quite as walkable, and you are a little further away from highways making any potential commute longer. Rocketts Landing has 4 different Mid Rise Condo buildings located within it, plus lots of other townhome and townhome style condo offerings. For this video we focus on the two water front Mid Rise buildings, Skyline & Fall Line and we take you inside of a condo that was for sale in the Skyline building. Last we end at Riverside On The James, another High Rise Condo building also located in downtown Richmond. This building is a little bit older than Vistas On The James and not quite as nice, but the prices reflect that so it's our value play.
