This time I do rowan berry gel. It's a delicious thing, especially to rice. Hope you enjoy the process and good luck to anyone who wants to try this for themselves. 1st pass boiling: 2kg rowanberries 1/2 kg apples 1 liter water 2nd pass boiling (untreated gel): 6-9dl sugar per 1 liter of untreated gel Optionally: 1-2 teaspoons citric acid per 1 liter of untreated gel (Citric acid is good for removing the bitter taste so I advice to use it) 1st pass: Boil the berries and apples for 20-30 minutes 2nd pass: Boil for 10 - 15 minutes
