Times are strange, challenging, changing and uncertain. It's an excellent time for us to practice self-care. Self care during quarantine, social distancing or lockdown, in a way that fits within our views of intentional living. These healthy habits can all be done while we stay home, alone or together with family, and without having to buy anything new. So we can take good care of our physical health, mental health and emotional wellbeing. I think a lot of our focus these days, is directed at productivity. We need to stay productive while indoors, we need to take on all kinds of projects now that we finally have the time for them. But I think we also have to allow ourselves this opportunity to slow down. To take care, to unwind and reflect. We don't have to keep going the same pace as before. Times are challening enough.
