When the lights are green proceed to go, and if there are oncoming traffic coming from the opposite then go halfway and stop in the middle giving way to oncoming vehicles as they have priority. So now you’re waiting for a gap from oncoming traffic, or for a filter green or for the lights to go red so then you can go. Filter green on your direction means the oncoming traffic are on red giving you the priority to go. And if this traffic light don’t have a filter then wait until it’s red then go because you’ve passed the stop line when it was green so this red is not for you. It’s for all who are behind the stop line. Also you’re in the middle of the junction and if you stay there you’ll be blocking the junction.
