Cooking easy and delicious meat and potatoes along with some other vegetables over an open campfire. One of my favorite ways to cook any type of meat is to slow roast it on a spit. Wrap the meat in bacon and lightly salt and pepper it. This will help to save on seasoning because the bacon will add some extra flavor plus it will help to keep the meat from drying out.
