Parts list: 2, 24 Gauge Gaskets 1 1/8" ID ($0.46 ea) 1, 18 Gauge Gasket 1 1/8" ID ($0.47 ea) 2, 0.005" Brass Gaskets 1 1/18" ID ($0.36 ea) 1, chunk of metal to use as a lever. if you don't have any scrap metal hanging around use a quarter. It will be about the right thickness and length. Epoxy Glue or JB weld Double sided tape Black paint marker to paint the edges of the gaskets black Spray paint to paint the lever Masking tape to cover the rings while painting Sandpaper to clean up excess glue If you don't have power tools such as bench grinder and/or a Dremel a good old fashion hacksaw and file will do the job, they will just take a little longer. I had to make my own brass gaskets they suck to make, but help to keep the overall size down so are worth it in the end. So if you can't find brass gaskets ask if they have sheets of brass. I found the gaskets by going to Bolt and fastener stores in the industrial sections. Good luck and I hope this video help you make your own throttle lock for less than $5.00.
