Ingredients: Peach Gum, Swallow Bird’s Nest, Rock Sugar, Goji Berries, Dried Snow Fungus, Dried Jujube, Dried Lotus Seeds, Wheat, Snow Lotus, Cordyceps And Chia Seeds Method: 1. Soak swallow bird nest and peach gum into the water until reconstituted, about 8 to 10 hours. 2. Soak dried snow fungus, snow lotus, wheat, and dried lotus seeds into the water until reconstituted, about 2 to 3 hours. 3. Cut the root snow fungus and tear it into small pieces. 4. Remove the core from lotus seeds. 5. Rinse the all ingredients to ensure it's clean. 6. In a pot, pour the water and bring it to a boil. 7. Add the lotus seeds, wheat, dried Longan, and peach gum. Cook for 5 minutes. 8. Add the cordyceps, snow lotus, snow fungus, and swallow bird nest. Cook for 5 minutes. 9. Add the jujube and goji berries, rock sugar(to taste), and chia seeds.
