I do 6-8 hours on Low. 2 Pound Roast 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Can Golden Mushroom Soup 1 Can French Onion Soup 1 Tbs. Minced Garlic from jar 2 Cups Water Seared Roast in Cooker, Mixed soups together in large measure cup, Poured over meat. Added Potatoes and Baby Carrots, Salt and Pepper. Cooked total of 55 minutes. Would recommend 65-70 minutes for more tender meat. Cooked on Meat setting.
