How I Rig Up My Sit-In, Paddle Kayak For Fishing - Old Town Loon 106 Angler

I thought I would show you guys what my kayak looks like when it is all rigged up and ready to launch for a day of fishing. I did a kayak modification video a while ago, but I have gotten much better at storage and organization since then, so it was time for an update. I have no sponsors (yet 😎), so there is no influence on what I use other than what I have found I like best. First and foremost is stopping by the best kayak shop around, Strictly Sail & Kayak in Cincinnati! http://www.strictlysailandkayak.com/g... Product List: Old Town Loon 106 Angler YakAttack RotoGrip Paddle Holder YakAttack AR Tube Rod Holder YakAttack Mighty Mount II with full backing plate YackAttack Leverage Landing Net RAM Tough-Pole 9" Action Camera Track Mount Rogue Fishing Protector Phone Tether Rogue Fishing Ally Stand Up Assist and Drag Strap GoPro Hero6 Black Kayak Kushion Ketch Board Flipit ID Holder YakAttack VISICarbon Pro Flag/Light combo My kayak did come equipped with an anchor trolley that I forgot to include in the video, that is one of the perks of the "angler" model of the Loon. I highly recommend all kayak anglers (especially the paddlers) rig up an anchor trolley! It uses a system of ropes and pulleys to allow you to deploy and retrieve an anchor located at the stern of your kayak from your seat. Very handy! I currently have a 1.5 pound anchor on there, but I would like to upgrade to the 3 pound version sometime, since the 1.5lb one just drags along the ground in winds higher than around 5 mph.
