After 20 years of playing Sam, Kelly Monaco is stepping away from the role, and Lindsay Hartley is stepping in as her temporary replacement. This switch will take place during the week of September 16, Hartley, no stranger to daytime TV, has filled in for Monaco multiple times since 2020. She’s known for her roles on Passions (as Theresa), All My Children (as Cara), and Days of Our Lives (as Arianna).
