my mental health journey (v honest)~ getting professional help in new zealand

Kia ora, Hello, Kumusta everyone! Welcome back to my channel. In this video, I walk through my #MentalHealth journey in Aotearoa New Zealand, which I have divided into 3 parts (timestamps at the bottom of the description box). Part 1 - The timeline. Discussing WHY and HOW I went about getting professional help. Part 2 - How and where to get professional mental health help in NZ if you want to start/restart your own mental health journey. Part 3 -Things that helped me get through tough parts — and what might help you as well. Big fat disclaimer: Take the pointers/advice in this video with a grain of salt. This is NOT personalised help. Some things may be more applicable to you than others. Take the bits that work for you! I am also still on the journey and am always learning better ways to fully live life, and there may be things that I either forgot to mention or didn't think were completely relevant to this video.
