Gear, skills, and artifacts at the end. Important stats: Nyx 28,500 HP and Elowyn 32,000 HP. Replacements: Luneria could replace Aracha since Nyx doesn't benefit from the tiles away bonus. Titus could easily replace Baron, but may need to cost generate with wood elves. My last Nyx ult was a little late or things wouldn't have got crazy at the end.
