Juno 106 - Three Plugins Comparison

I have owned a Roland Juno 106 hardware synth for 35 years, but since it broke down due to age, I started looking for a replacement as a VST plugin. I already had access to TAL-U-No-Lx, so I wasn't overly eager to pay big money for Roland Cloud, or Softube's Model 84, although both these plugins sound very close to the hardware synth most of the time, in my ears. I managed to find free Juno factory presets Bank A for TAL-U-No-Lx on the Internet, but no Bank B, so I started creating them myself. In this little test I compare some of my presets with Softube and Cherry Audio DCO 106. Cherry Audio DCO 106 gives you very, very much value for the money. It doesn't cost more than a fraction of Roland and Softube, BUT it isn't quite as close to the hardware synth in my opinion (even if it's much closer than my presets). However, if you haven't owned a Juno hardware, and want some fat Juno 106 sounds from the 80s, for almost no cost at all, this is a no-brainer. Cherry Audio's user interface is in my opinion also much better and more user friendly than Roland's and Softube's, at least in my DAW, Reaper. If you want to download my whole Juno factory presets Bank B for TAL-U-No-LX, you can find them here for free: https://www.audiobombs.com/items/2034...
