CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE चोकलेट मूज केक

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE Ingredients : Chocolate Sponge * Maida 100 gm * Cocoa powder 15 gm * Powder/Castor Sugar 50 gm * Oil 40 gm * Milk 100gm * Baking powder 1/2 tsp * Baking soda 1/4 tsp * Salt 1/4 TSP * Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp * Vinegar 1/2 tsp Method : In a bowl, take milk. Add vinegar and mix. Now add oil, vanilla essence and sugar. Mix and beat. Sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt and add it to milk mixture. Mix and beat. Pour the cake mixture in tin and bake the cake at 180° c for 20 to 25 min. Cool it. For mousse filling : Dark chocolate 150 gm Fresh cream (Amul) 75 ml Whipping cream 200 gm Melt dark chocolate and add room temp. Fresh cream and mix. In other bowl, take whipping cream and whipp till soft peak. Now add above chocolate and cream mixture in it and whipp again. Chocolate mousse is ready. Pour this mousse on baked cake. Spread it evenly and set it in a fridge for 30 min. For chocolate ghanache : Dark chocolate 200 gm Fresh cream 120 gm Melt dark chocolate and add room temp. fresh cream in it. Mix it. Remove the set mousse cake from fridge. Pour the chocolate ghanache on the cake. Spread it evenly. Again set the cake in fridge for 6 hours or overnight. Sprinkle some Coco powder for decoration, on the set mousse cake. Cut and serve.
