Here is a collection of clips from an operating session on Bryan Kidd's C&O layout. I love his layout, because it is mostly steam (as is mine!). There is a dispatcher, and train-phones along the line. The layout exists in three rooms, and has enough happening for a team of a dozen operators to have fun, between yard switchers, yardmasters, hostlers, helpers, and train crews.
