A favorite film of mine, #LoveJones, and a particular scene/spoken word performance where I always felt there should have been MORE instruments included (not just the sax and upright bass in the original version), thus I added me playing the Fender Rhodes electric piano as well as some jazzy brush drums, and mixed and mastered it to make it sound better/fuller...and VOILA! A re-imagining/new edit of #ABluesForNina" performed by Larenz Tate as Darius Lovehall, accompanied by Teodross Avery on Sax, Darryl Jones on bass, and yours truly, #AhmedSirour on the rest lol I did this really quickly and for the fun of it so just replay and enjoy ;) Ahmed P.S. - Yes, I finally changed the title from the incorrectly named, "Brother to the Night" to "A Blues For Nina" 😂
